How to Create a New Ticket

  1. Click on the Tickets button on the left sidebar
  2. Click the Add Ticket Button

  1. In the Add Ticket Screen complete the form
  2. Select the Problem Category drop-down menu
  3. Describe your ticket issue in the Description Box
  4. Click Choose Files from the Attachment section (if you need images for reference)
  5. Select the file you want to add and click the Open button
  6. Click the Submit Ticket button

After you create your ticket, the new ticket will show in the All Tickets Screen
