- Click on the Tickets button on the left sidebar
- Click the Add Ticket Button

Add Ticket Screen
- In the Add Ticket Screen complete the form
- Select the Problem Category drop-down menu
- Describe your ticket issue in the Description Box
- Click Choose Files from the Attachment section (if you need images for reference)
- Select the file you want to add and click the Open button
- Click the Submit Ticket button

All Tickets List
After you create your ticket, the new ticket will show in the All Tickets Screen
